Requesting an appointment does not guarantee it is confirmed. We cover a vast area, and travel time may be needed and may not be available at the requested time. Please understand when requesting an appointment, we may need to suggest another time or day. If you need an appointment 3:30 or later, please contact us directly. Those times are not available for online scheduling.
You will receive a call, email or text from us if that time does not work to suggest another time. We will send a calendar invite if the appointment time works as is.
For tenant occupied homes, we do require that the homeowner, agent or both are present during time of the appointment.
